SAE J3287 Standard Upload API

Use these interoperability/programmatic endpoints with Content-Type: application/octet-stream:

Inspect, Validate, and Submit below are additional operator and testing tools. Validate provides stateless diagnostic validation; Plaintext has no MA Submit persistence workflow.

An HTTP processing result from /v1 is not an OmniAir BV Pass/Fail verdict. Tester Equipment determines the BV verdict according to the test procedure.

Submit credentials Not held Submit can create a stored MA intake record, so it requires an authorized test account. Validate and Inspect never request credentials.

Authorized test account

Submit applies MA admission policy and can create a persistent intake record. HTTP Basic credentials prove the operator is authorized for that state-changing action. They are held only in this page's memory and are never used for Validate or Inspect.
